Sawn Timber

We recently invested in a saw mill that enables us to cut beams boards and fencing materials including feather edged boarding and roof shingles. The logic behind this investment was that a proportion of the timber delivered into us is of a size and quality frankly too good to turn into logs, in particular the oak.

We also purchase quality soft wood, mainly Douglas fir, Larch and Red Cedar, that we convert into fencing or boards. It is not our intention to compete with large building and timber merchants, but if you require something a little bespoke or that is not readily available on the shelf, then give us a call. We may be able to help.

We are also able to take on small commissions such as log stores made to fit a particular size space. We have made wedding arches, table platters and pizza boards. So if you have an idea come and see us. We may be able to make it a reality.
